​Develop and implement comprehensive ESOL curricula tailored to diverse learners
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to ESOL instructors and support staff
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and stakeholders regarding programme updates and student progress
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student proficiency levels and track learning outcomes
- Organise and oversee tutoring sessions, workshops, and educational events
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate ESOL initiatives across the organisation
