- This programme is in place to deliver transformation and change in response to our HMI inspection, including cultural change and operational improvements. This position would be for 12 months.
- To be successful, you will need experience of managing ambitious and complex programmes, having used your knowledge of programme management tools and techniques to proactively plan for and coordinate delivery. You’ll also need to bring your strong organisational and creative problem-solving skills to manage competing deadlines and tight timescales, to ensure that the programme is successfully delivered.
- Although not essential, it would be helpful to the role if you had experience managing transformation and cultural change within an emergency service. You will need to use your excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels to ensure a collaborative approach to delivery. We will also need your strong influencing and motivation skills to enthuse, achieve buy-in, and drive change.
