About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Title Checks Admin to join our team at our sole residential conveyancing solicitors based in Swinton. This role involves supporting the conveyancing team by performing title checks and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct title checks and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks related to property transactions.
Maintain and update client records and files.
Communicate with clients and third parties as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal or conveyancing setting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
